PM Planning is scheduling start dates on days not on Workday Calendar. Is this normal functionality?

Preventive Maintenance work order generation is scheduling start date on days not on Workday Calendar - Sundays.  How do I keep it from scheduling PM's for Sundays NOT on workday calendards?
