Ability to add Address Usage and Account sit use fields in Edit Customer form in Contact Center
Hello,
Want to check if there is ability to add address usage and account site used fields in Edit Customer form in Contact center.
Scenario here is create customer in Create Customer form in Contact with no account number and address usage.
In the client's business, customer calls for some inquiry related to service that organization is offering. At that time customer don't want to give all the information as he/she is inquiring about the service. Party record is created with no address and account.
Later this customer can come to do business, in that when we query the party in contact center, party shows up, but at this time only the edit customer buttons are enabled.
