No source VIA locations on leg

Hi colleagues!

When I try to test my setup, by "Ask Oracle > Rates", I get the message

No Route And Rate Offering Matched
Sorry, we have found no rate and route offering that matches your inquiry.

But when I open log, I can see that system defines my net, my itineraries, and my legs, but at the same time log shows me messages:
