HFM Taskflow for Translation

Hi I am trying to create a taskflow to translate part of my entity hierarchy into an alternate currency, when setting up a taskflow for consolidation or translation the POV is asking for a URL, have lookedin the admin guide but am unsure how to get the URL this is for HFM Classic Version 11.1.1.4
