OSN cXML PO address tags

Hi,

We have setup OSN to send PO's out to the vendor. One of the requirements from the vendor is to populate the address ID tag (available in cXML document).

ShipTo/<Address addressID=> (equivalent tag in OAG is POLINESCHD/USERAREA/PARTNER/PARTNRIDX)

We have not done any customization either in EBS or to the mapping document. This information is not getting populated in the PO cXML. Can you anyone please advise from which field in Oracle EBS does this information populate?
