Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Fixed Assets - EBS (MOSC)

Asset Book is not visible

1. We have 2 Primary Ledgers in Peru. 1 in Local currency and 1 in USD.

2. We have 2 Corporate Books corresponding to each of the Primary Book. PE_321_CORP_BK (PEN) and PE_321_CORP_BK2 (USD)

3. We added a Asset manually in PE_321_CORP_BK2 in May-14. Ran Depreciation and closed the period.

4. We ran Depreciation in Jun-14. The period is not yet closed for Jun-14.

5. We wanted to make an adjustment for this manually added asset in PE_321_CORP_BK2.

6. So we opened the Asset and clicked on Books button. Now this book "PE_321_CORP_BK2" is not visible in LOV.

7. The Book is active, ledger is active, the account combinations look fine. So we are not sure what is wrong here.
