Help with 12.1.1 install on Windows 2008

I'm stuck at creating the staging area. I've downloaded all of the files and ran checksums. I've extracted all 4 parts of the start here files and consolidated into one directory. Then when I run the perl script, it asks me to enter the DVD for the RDBMS Disk 1.

How do I go about creating a DVD for this? Since there is no .iso file, I've tried putting all of the files from Disk 1 onto an iso and mounting it and in the script it says invalid disk.

What am I missing?
