Hi Team,

Can anyone please help me in resolving the below issue? This process was running to sucess till yesterday. Only today it has failed.

Cannot send email to stores.harrogate@covance.com. (80,2)

Error when attempting to trigger Business Process / Event: REQ_SOURCED / Notify Requestor (67,2)

TriggerBusinessEvent failed for REQ_SOURCED.Req Sourced-Notify Requestor. (2,302) PO_REQSOURCED_BC.Methods Name:Notify_Requestor PCPC:159 Statement:3

Error running PeopleCode program. {PO_REQSOURCED_BC} (91,36)

This is an unknown method {PO_REQSOURCED_BC.notify_requestor} (91,17
