Create Accounting in Cost Management gives empty output and Accounting Program completed with Error

When our user ran the Create Accounting- Cost Management program fo rmonth end June(30-JUN-2014) in Final mode and Transfer to GL= Yes Posting to GL=Yes .

But Create accounting completed Normal but the out put file was 'empty and Accounting Program completed with ERROR shown as below.

 

An internal error has occurred in the program XLA_00707_AAD_C_000023_PKG.EventClass_316. ORA-01403: no data found.

 

EVENT CLASS CODE = SALES_ORDER

The following events are present in the line extract but MISSING in the header extract:

Event_id = 30070293

Event_id = 30070303

Event_id = 30070304

Working on with Metalink since 27 hrs,we wanted a data fix asap, but no resolution yet ,. Is there any way with your experience pls let us know by email (if any).
