top.header Support

in Agile (MOSC) Question

Back in the good 'ol days, think 9.0 through 9.2 here, we could set the top.header property in agile.properties to define content that appears above the Web Client.  It doesn't appear to be working anymore in the 9.3.x days.  I haven't tried it since 9.2, but I find from time to time there are good use cases for it.  Was this feature put to pasture or should it still be working?
