Set Default Order Line Type Based On Responsibility

Hi.

I want to set the default order line type on sales order based on responsibility.

For example, if users use responsibility Order Management Super User, the default order line type is Standard Order.

If user use responsibility Order Management Supervisor, the defailt order line type is Ship Only.

I am using Oracle EBS R12.

I want to set the order line type not using personalization form, but using security rules.

I have no idea to do it.

Anybody could help me?
