How recording Budget on accounting statements

Hi all,

I hope any one ever had the experience of the recording budget on accounting statements.

If we impose Budget setup in GL module, How recording Budget on accounting statements ?
for example the recording of accounting at the time of creation of Purchase requisition, Purchase Order, Receiving and AP invoices. or there is a reference to the document.
