Can't route to the new distribution group in citrix machine

Hi,

User have tried to create new Sales Order Approval Workflow for BU 5127120 in fat client. The routing process can run accordingly in fat machine. However, it failed to route to the new group and route to old group instead in citrix machine ..

What do  i need to do in order to get around this problem ?
