Valid Credit Card transactions not appearing in User screen

Hi,

We have inserted credit card transactions directly in AP_CREDIT_CARD_TRXNS_ALL and 'Credit Card Transactions Validation Program' has marked the transactions as Valid
However, they do not appear for the User in Expenses>Credit Card Transactions>Unused Transactions.

Could you please let us know what could be the issue and how to resolve it?
