How to set field with bounded picklists?

How can we set values of fields that have bounded picklist through PR/PM combination. If i use bc.SetFieldValue or SetControlValue options, i can set values that are not in the bounded values also pickmaps doesn't occur. Is is possible to use, GetPicklistBusComp and Pick method in PR or PM?
