Extremely Slow Datapump Export and Import with Oracle 12c

Hello Community

This is my first entry in this community and I hope I am right here.

My Problem is:

I've installed a brand new Oracle 12c Database Standard Edition (Release 12.1.0.1.0) on a Windows Server 2012
.

Everything works fine, except the Datapump Exports and Imports.

A Datapump Export for example, requires 10-20 times more time than the same Job on an Oracle 11g Database on a Windows Server 2008.

Configuration and parameters of the two Databases are the same.

I searched across the web for Solutions but nothing helped.

I traced the Datapump export Job on Oracle 12 and Oracle 11. Its similar. Nothing special, instead of the time it takes - difference.
