Oracle Sourcing

Hi,

When i create RFQ in 2 steps in oracle Sourcing , we find the step 1 is technical so we will add the conditions and attributes ... and for the step 2 is commercial and we will add the item price.

For our need, the step 1 is commercial and the step 2 is Technical.

Is it possible to set up this case
