Restrict extarct process to one node in RAC

Hello

How can we restrict extract process to be started on only one node in a RAC

Example : Suppose we have a 5 node rac , and we want all goldengate processes to be started on only one node , and if some user tries to start goldengate on other nodes it should throw a error stating it can only be started on specified node.

Please advise how the same can be achieved.
