oracle.apps.iby.exception.PSException: Communication error.

Hi

Our application has recently been upgraded to 12.1.2 to 12.1.3.

While running the payment process, we are getting the error:

"Start transmission.iby.scheduler.FDFormatProgramUtils.doTransmission() oracle.apps.iby.exception.PSException: Communication error. The payment system, the processor, or iPayment electronic commerce servlet is not available/accessible. Please make sure you have the correct system set up and resubmit the request at a later time.

at oracle.apps.iby.net.SecureFTPPutFunction.transmit(SecureFTPPutFunction.java:218) "

And the Format Payment Instructions with Text Output program goes to error.

This is urgent as many of our upgrade testing is pending/dependent on this?
