Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Field Service - EBS (MOSC)

Unable to find Sales Order Lines in Order Management those created in Depot Repair.

Hi Team,

Greetings!!!

We have created few sales orders in Depot Repair and when checked in Order Management we could not find the lines.

but from Order Organizer when clicking on Find and when check on lines, we were able to find but not from the main order "Line Items".

please advise.
