Unable to upload files to WebCenter Portal application using Document Manager Task Flow

I am developing  a WebCenter Portal application where I am integrating UCM content to Portal application using UCM content repository.

I am having problem while uploading documents,creating HTML file,uploading wiki document in DOCUMENT MANAGER TASKFLOW.

with following warning:-


i)Information

-Unable to upload the document.

-Typical causes are that you do not have permission or one or more child items are currently in an active workflow.

-Please refresh to see the latest content (View > Refresh Content).

I have done following prerequisite for this process:-

1)I have configured application ADF security.

2)I have added users as Admin role to the application.
