The New Installation option in EPM System Install tool is grayed after maintenance to 11.1.2.3

Hi,

I did a maintenance version from 11.1.2.2 to 11.1.2.3 now I want to install a new product (FDM).
But launching the installation tool to EPM 11.1.2.3 the new installation option is gray.
Kindly someone can give me a solution?
