Delivery Status 'In-Transit'

Hi,

The sales order line is closed, but stil the delivery line status is 'In-Transit'. When checked in the 'Path by Stop' the 'Awaiting Drop off' activity line is still open.

I would like to know what would possible reason for the delivery line status remain 'In-Transit'
