How to secure FA Books from different Users under one Operating Unit

Hi Folks,

How to set the security on FA Books from different Users under one Operating Unit. E.g. under one operating unit and ledger, there are 3 FA books, i.e. 1 corporate and 2  books.

One user is responsible to work and view  the Corporate book and another user is responsible to work for tax books.

Now we want that user-1 should not be allowed to enter data or view in tax books and the user-2 should not be allowed to enter data or view in corporate book.
