R007031 batch not dropping off

We have a batch from a few weeks ago that will not drop off R007031, stating Batch Header Deleted.  No detail exists.  See attached for error message on report.  When I SQL against F0011, this batch doesn't exist there.

Why would this continue to show up on the integrity?  Is there a way I can get it cleared?
