Where can i input additional remark field and generate a report according to user profle

Hi, i got a query here.

My user needed to find a way to enter additional field for a remark to show that this user has resigned or not...Currently the P0092 does not have additional field for remark...

I was thinking can i make use of user roles Eg, create a new role called resigned staff role....

then assigned that already resigned userID to this role..

after that, run R959210 (show all user belong to this role)...

pls advise...
