oraagent.bin is consuming all memory in server

I have done a standalone 11.2.0.4 GI installation in a AIX box and applied latest PSU patch on top of the installation.

The froze up due to memory being used up. 


the process that is using up all the memory...    grid  8323186        1  10 08:55:22      -  3:05 $ORACLE_HOME/bin/oraagent.bin


as per metalink, the memory leak bug is fixed in 11.2.0.4, I killed the oraagent.bin process, but it slowly consumes memory and soon it is consuming all of it, this process it using almost all the memory (22GB) in the server, any ideas why is this happening?
