WebLogic Admin Server Restart Problem Caused By: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: com.rsa.jsafe.CryptoJ.

I had working environment for few months with WebLogic Admin Server, SOA & OIM managed Servers. After configuring OIM Siebel connector restarted the OIM managed instance. It threw errors so rebooted the Admin Server and I invited the following trouble that I can't resolve by myself.

Does anyone know what is actual cause of the following error and how to fix it (complete log file is attached covering environment details.):

<04/07/2014 2:32:48 PM EST> <Info> <WorkManager> <BEA-002900> <Initializing self-tuning thread pool>

<04/07/2014 2:32:49 PM EST> <Notice> <LoggingService> <BEA-320400> <The log file \Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\OIMS_domain\servers\AdminServer\logs\AdminServer.log will be rotated. Reopen the log file if tailing has stopped. This can happen on some platforms like Windows.>
