Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Unable to publish the output after successful run of FSG Report Manager on windows 8

Hi

user is working on windows 8, and has successfully run the FSG Report. However the output cannot be published on excel.

Has anyone encountered this issue and what is the solution.
