Using Salesperson across business groups - 11i

Does anybody know if it is possible to use a salesperson across business groups in EBS 11i?

I am guessing probably not, but wanted to check before looking to customise the solution.

Essentially we have 3 business groups, each with their own employees, but any of these employees could be a sales person for a customer that belongs to an OU relating to another Business group. Problem being that in the Order management and AR customer screens you can only see sales persons that belong to the organization\business group relating to the OU that you are in.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
