Depot Repair Sourcing Rules Challenges for Logistic lines ?
dear all,
I m facing a sourcing rule challenge when it comes to Depot Repair Module.
Item A has a sourcing rule = external.
On a sales order to a customer :
the system automatically shifts the source type to external, and the receiving org is populated, a requisition is generated. all works well.
On a Depot Repair Transaction
Form Application : Depot Repair
Form Name: CSDREPLN
Form Version : 12.0.114.12000000.44
When a repair transaction is generated for Item A, 2 transactions logistics are generated:
- 1 RMA to receive the item A in local stock to repair it
- 1 SO to ship back to Item A to the customer after service is completed
