Concurrent Manager to send Attachment to User

Hi,

I may be under the wrong group but I submit an Account Analysis report and in the Request options select user I want to send file to. The User is notified of the request completion and Opens the URL. However the output is not User friendly. Can anyone advise how Concurrent Manager can send attachments?
