Not all CIP costs on a Capital Project can be transferred to Assets

Has any one had an problem transferring all the CIP costs on a Capital Project to Assets.   When all costs on a project are transferred to assets a balance of 1013.77 remains in CIP and can be seen on the summary project amounts.   This balance does not appear in lines and does not appear when running generate

Please could you advise how I can resolve this issue.
