I can't provision Oracle Linux 6.5 with Ops Center 12.2

Hi,

I have Ops Center 12.2 in Solaris 11 x86 and I intented provision Oracle Linux 6.5 in a server x4140, but this job failed, in the server x4140 I see this message:
