Use of new "Integration: Restful Services" Privilege in R26 ?

In R26, there is a new Privilege in Role titled "Integration: Restful Services". However no details for the usage of the same have been documented in user/admin guides or training and support section.

Can someone assist or guide on getting some help for starting with REST Services in On Demand Integration?
