Restricting Subinventory and Locator LOVs in Move Order

Hi experts,

Client is implementing R12.2.3 and with OPM enabled. They have this requirement that during creation and allocation of Move Order, they want the subinventory and locator LOVs to be restricted to those with quantity on hand. I think this is a long shot but is there any feature that can achieve this? If anyone has similar encounter, appreciate if you could share your solution or workaround.
