Material transactions Transaction not in Material Distribution

Dear All,

I Have an issue that should make me update costed flag to 'N', but unfortunetly I mistaken edit the costed flag, instead of 'N' I update the costed_flag 'Null' so the material distribution not created.

But I can now which transaction_id is not costed yet. How to generate the material transactions ? If I update again the costed flag from Null to 'N' and run launch manager, can i do that?
