Need scripts to create FA asset Book

Hi,

Is there any API to create FA asset book, i checked the "Book Controls" form(FAXSUBCT.fmb), it contain a package fa_book_controls_pkg.insert_row, i try to use it to create a new book, but the "ledgers" tab is not come out ,and the value of field  "Account Generator defaults" is not come out in the "Natural Accounts" tab.

Could you please help me?
