how to change the default jde.ini when installation take place

I has one question about JDE.ini setting. May I know when we change some info in JDE.ini how to make that setting default to users when doing JDE installation in computer. For your info, currently we change setting for JDE.ini in users pc one by one.

For example: changing mailserver to IP address number.

Above is the question asked by my client...any advice ?
