When logging to SmartView for Reporting and Analysis for Shared Connection it ask for credentials

When we login to SmartView via Shared Connections then Click on Reporting & Analysis it ask for userid/password.
 
However, it work fine with other provider i.e. Essbase/HFM/Planning.
 
Office version: MS 2003, MS 2007
SmartView: 11.1.2.2
 
Please find out the screenshot for the same.


Even I have raised SR 3-9190819571 but still there is no help. You can use this SR to see all the screenshot.
