Misc Receipt of Lot Controlled item

When attempting to execute a misc receipt txn of a lot controlled item in a new environment, getting a FRM-40735: when-button-pressed trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062 error.  If the item is non-lot controlled there is not error.  Has anyone encountered?
