What is the Note Type Mapping in Contact Center Notes tab?

I want to create a Note in the Contact Center Notes tab.

Created a New Note type and mapped the Source Object as "Contact Center" and Application as Service, CRM Foundation and Customer Care but nothing works.

Could not find any documentation either.
