Patch 17879288:R12.WIP.B - Failed With xliffloader.class While Applying French and Spanish Patches

French & Spanish Patch 17879288 failed with following error message: Failed: failed file xliffloader.class on worker 1.  The US patch was applied without error.

Now after starting application, browser display the 500 Internal Server error: Servlet error: An exception occurred.
The current application deployment descriptors do not allow for including it in this response.
Please consult the application log for details

RDBMS:11.2.0.3

OS: Linux 5.9 x86-64
