Keyboard freeze up on Sun Ray and OVDC connections

Has anybody experienced a symptom where a SunRay or Oracle Virtual Desktop Client session go to sleep, and then the keyboard does no respond unless you reset your session by: rebooting the SunRay, pulling and replacing the smartcard (when there is a smartcard) or closing and re-opening OVDC?

We are using an older version of SRSS and Solaris 10 (Sun RaySoftware 5.3.1.0.05) upgrading these are not an option as this is a medical device.

Everything worked fine, but then they moved the system to a new network.

Is there a setting in Sun Ray Software that controls the sessions going to sleep?
