We install OEM12c recently. How to make sure that targets are visible to their own group.

We have OEM12c recently. How to make sure that targets are visible to their own group. We have so many application groups within organization. Each application groups having multiple hosts, databases particular to their application. Agent12c are installed on target hosts and targets are configured in OEM12c. Now we have to create administrator for their respective application group in OEM12c. Each OEM administrator must see targets only relevant their application groups, but not see the targets belong to other application groups own by different administer when login to the OEM12c cloud console.

Could you all please help me on this ??
