how to manual update monitors.xml of SVM ?

Hi, by refering to attached...

can somebody guide me on how to manually update monitors.xml file ? I got the server manager 's instance name captured in the attached....

The reason why i do this because the server manager failed to display the resources chart after upgrading to 9.1.4.4
