Folder permission cannot be assign to the newly created group in Hyperion Workspace

Hi,

I'm currently having the issue to give a folder permission in Workspace to this new group that I have created in Shared Services. I cannot see this new group when in the list but I when I check back in Shared Services, the new group is already there.

Is there anything that I have missed out because if the new group is already listed in the shared services, I should be able to see it also in Workspace.

Anyone please help. I'm currently using version 11.1.2.2.300.
