Error: 38: Filename too long Listener not starting

Hi All,

I am trying to start Listener for 11.2.0.3 oracle but showing error

Error: 38: Filename too long Listener

We are using IPV6 address windows 2008 machine

Note : When I Installed Oracle on dual stack Listener was working but when I changed it again to Ipv6 listener stoped working

Please help me on this issue. please let me know if you need more details
