need run "Create Accounting" program for a specified OU

Dear Oracle Receivales experts,

Currently, we  have a requirement  that we want run "Create Accounting" program for a specified OU, but i checked this program don't have OU parameter. our EBS version is 12.1.3,Could you please indicate me ?
