Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can anyone help me to understand what nineinputslookup function does?

It will be great if there is any document on this function.

Even information from functional perspective will help me to understand what this function does.
